David has been working in SME consulting since 2004, initially as Head of Consulting in an Accounting practice and now as founder of Wellmeadow Limited.
“He is an engineering graduate with a post graduate qualification in manufacturing and a diploma in Accounting. His early production engineering roles led on to Factory Management of various plants from 70 people to 350. During this time he also ran Lean/Six Sigma teams, shop floor Kaizen teams, and a world-wide benchmarking project.
“In his consulting career, David has developed a specialism of helping owner managed firms in various sectors from manufacturing to solicitors and everything in between. His contribution to an organisation is making sure that the right things are focussed on, and then get done. He now acts as a non-executive director for several firms, and works with the rest of the Wellmeadow team to fill the gaps in senior teams to make things happen.”
Richard is a Director of Wellmeadow Limited and has been working in SME consulting since 2008. Previous to his consulting career, Richard was a Study Director for a contract research organisation delivering projects for global pharmaceutical clients. He has a scientific background and has been awarded an MPhil in Chemistry and holds a BSc in Chemistry and Business Management, both from the University of Wales Swansea. He has a number of research papers published in peer reviewed journals.
Richard has developed a keen understanding of the challenges facing SME business owners across a range of industries. He enjoys bringing a strategically focused and analytical approach to sales process management, marketing and organisational systems and processes. He is passionate about working with business owners to help them develop and deliver the vision for their organisation. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his young family and outdoor activities as time permits.
Evgeny joined our team in January 2014. A product of the University of Bath School of Management, he graduated in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in International Management and German. During his professional career, Evgeny worked in the marketing department at the headquarters of an internationally renowned German manufacturer of electronic equipment and held analytical and account management roles in a fast-growing sector of the UK logistics industry. Evgeny has a diverse skill set which he uses to deliver results across a wide spectrum of business activities. More recently he has been focusing on new ERP technologies and their ability to improve and enhance business systems and processes.
Andrea became a part of the Wellmeadow team as a Consultant in March 2015. Having spent the previous five years in legal practice management, Andrea has been responsible for managing change, driving business process improvement, and championing best practice, and has contributed towards setting and implementing strategy. She has a background in recruitment, working with senior executives, and has enjoyed success in both search and selection processes while being responsible for continuous business development. She is a graduate in Social Psychology from the University of Sussex and holds a Master of Business Administration.
