Before he set up as a board adviser and growth consultant, he was a factory manager for several factories - in the Automotive and Industrial Products sectors - managing 24/7 factories up to 350 people.
Not only that, but Rich, one of the other directors, has a background in Scientific Research and worked for a leading commercial lab for several years. 'Process Thinking' is ingrained in our way of working.
